Our Burro robots are built with longevity and durability in mind, and include a support/maintenance Package.
This package includes:
- training upon delivery
- software/autonomy updates and upgrades
- a data plan on each robot which keeps the robot online
- onsite servicing every 400 hours or if components fail
- a dashboard to view robot status and see robot on a map/what robot sees
The cost of this package is $2099/year/unit. It is billed annually, or can be paid up front with a discount for a 3 year plan when ordering a new Burro.
