Who we are:
The Robot Support team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM (Eastern United States time). This technical support team is staffed with experienced robotic engineers and can assist customers with any inquiries, whether technical, product, workflow/operations, or anything else.

Burro is a ruggedized offroad vehicle, designed to handle the harsh elements of outdoor work environments. Our comprehensive warranty aims to put customers at ease. If the unexpected happens, we have you covered.
Burro product warranty term is twice as long as industry standard.
Burro product warranty covers the full system – no sub-system, electronics, sensor, or other significant exclusion.1
1Wear and maintenance parts are not covered under warranty

See Table of Coverages below, for the length of warranty, as the time period varies between Burro models. Some models may have an option to extend the warranty coverage period for an additional cost. Exclusions, limitations, and other terms apply to the extended warranty and includes a maximum term (date or hours in motion).
Service parts are warrantied for the amount of time remaining on the vehicle Burro Limited Warranty.
